Common NetSuite Errors
Invalid Login Attempt
Symptoms:
- Sync fails immediately
- Authentication error in logs
Causes:
- TBA credentials invalid
- Token expired or revoked
- Account ID incorrect
Resolution:
- Verify Account ID format
- Check Consumer Key/Secret
- Check Token ID/Secret
- Regenerate tokens if needed
Permission Denied
Symptoms:
- Sync fails with permission error
- Specific records not syncing
Causes:
- Integration role missing permissions
- Record-level restrictions
- Script restrictions
Resolution:
- Review integration role permissions
- Add required permissions
- Check record-level access
Script Execution Error
Symptoms:
- SuiteBundle error
- RESTlet failure
Causes:
- Script error in SuiteBundle
- Custom script conflict
- Account customization issue
Resolution:
- Check script logs in NetSuite
