SuitePortal gives your customers, vendors, and employees secure access to their NetSuite data through self-service portals — without any NetSuite customization.
Data flows one-way from NetSuite to SuitePortal. Your NetSuite data is always the source of truth.
Getting Started
You'll need NetSuite administrator access and a SuitePortal account.
- Create your organization — Sign up at suiteportal.io and create your org
- Connect NetSuite — Install the SuiteBundle and configure Token-Based Authentication
- Run your first sync — Select record types and start the initial sync
- Invite users — Add team members with the appropriate roles
NetSuite needs Token-Based Authentication, SuiteScript 2.x, and RESTlets enabled. Most accounts have these on by default — check Setup > Company > Enable Features if unsure.
